The design scope for V² DEVELOPMENT’s new Ellinikon office in Athens covers the creation of a premium, future-facing workplace and client experience.
Positioned opposite the Ellinikon Metropolitan Park and metro station, the office is conceived as a refined gateway to the company’s real estate vision and the area’s transformation.
The project, currently in progress and planned to open in early 2027, includes spatial planning, reception, lounge, bar, meeting, display, and executive areas. Key design responsibilities include material selection, lighting, custom furniture, acoustic comfort, integrated greenery, branding moments, technical coordination, and FF&E specification.
